Vipassana meditation is a Buddhist technique which helps you to be more present en let go of stress more easily. From the 26th of january until the 9th of february you can participate in a meditation retreat in the Netherlands to become familiar with this technique. A secondary retreat will be held from the 2nd until the 16th of november.
